Personally, I'm sick of not owning the media I buy, with my avatar/assets however you have no such restrictions. You own it fully and I can't stop you from doing whatever you want with anything I make, so if you feel like putting a hello kitty beanie on Asmodeus or ripping off Sophia's arms go for it! you own it after all.

Of course I still sell digital products so please do not share files with people who do not also own said product.

You may not:

• Claim the base asset as your own work
• Share the files to any parties who do not legally own it
• Share any License Key that is provided from any purchase of this asset
• Use this asset in a way to carry out any form of dehumanizing behaviors, including but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, as well as engaging in illegal acts

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

• I, the creator of this product, reserve the rights to use it for advertisement, games, media, or any other form of content
• Any permissions, licenses, exceptions etc personally granted by me to an individual are exclusive and does not extend to others
• These terms and description are subject to change anytime without notice
• I am not responsible for any misuse of the product or any administrative actions taken against you by any platform, please use the product responsibly
• Due to the digital nature of this product, all assets are non-refundable and all sales are final - If you encounter any issues with any products please reach out to me here
• Infringement of these terms will result in license revoking, blacklisting and potential for a DMCA takedown.
• Buy purchasing any products you have the basic to intermediate knowledge with Unity, Blender and Substance Painter to be able to correctly work with them

For anyone who legally owns the avatar, you may:

• Use the avatar for VTubing, however if my avatar becomes the face of your "brand" Please contact me

You may not:

• Use the avatar for commercial purposes (Such as using parts of this avatar and putting it on another avatar intended for sale)
• Make public versions of any of my avatars, UNLESS it is edited a decent amount AND links to the original page

I humbly ask that you credit me when posting or using the model :)

Though this is not a requirement, I just like seeing cool stuff with my creations.

For anyone who legally owns the asset, you may:

• Use the asset for VTubing

You may not:

• Use any of my assets for commercial purposes, unless the product specifically states it has a commercial license. Failure to follow this rule will result in a DMCA and further repercussions if the DMCA is not adhered to.

If you are a creator looking to make something for my avatars/assets, here is what you MUST follow

You may:

• Sell commissions
• Sell Clothing/Accessories you created for the product, however none of the original product's files can be provided aside from the Armature if the product is a model
• Sell Retextures you created for the product, however none of the original product's files can be provided aside from the Substance file (No base colour textures can be included)

You may NOT:

• Claim the base asset as your own work
• Share the files to any parties who do not legally own it
• Share any License Key that is provided from any purchase of this asset
• Use this asset in a way to carry out any form of dehumanizing behaviors, including but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, as well as engaging in illegal acts

Crediting:

You must link to the product used and NOT to the front page of my store, purely linking to my store is not enough.

I do not use ANY generative AI in my work, only real blood, sweat, tears, love and hate.

Though this may change if any ethical models are created, but until then this is my stance.

You are FORBIDDEN to use images, photos, mesh, textures or ANYTHING from my work for AI training or input, if you are found doing so your access to my products will be revoked and discord account banned from my server.

I take this very seriously. I will not contribute to theft on any scale. Stealing is bad if you didn't know.
